T.E.A.M. Concepts Engineering LLC, an alliance of engineers and applicators formerly of the Rocky Flats Environmental Technology Site. We are a small minority veteran and women-owned company. Our people have worked in the DOE complex for many years and possess the training requirements needed to arrive ready-to-work in contaminated facilities.

Packaging system for low level waste LSA/SCO using polyurea. We provide a mobile spray unit and trained applicators.

 Application of foam for contaminated glove boxes, ducts and blocking and bracing of heavy equipment for shipment. We provide engineering, equipment and personal experienced in working in highly contaminated areas.

 Stabilization of contaminated pipes using foam, epoxies and urethanes. We provide the engineering required to plan for the stabilization of complex piping systems and experienced personnel to insure proper delivery.

 T.E.A.M. Concepts will provide technical direction to reduce and control airborne contamination and the effective use of fixatives.

T.E.A.M. Concepts will provide technical direction in both the use and application of Soil/Sludge stabilization liquids.

    T.E.A.M. Concepts Engineering can provide technical solutions and support for a variety of waste and operational issues associated with D&D activities. We have experience in waste assay techniques, waste stream identification and characterization and waste inspection. T.E.A.M. can provide personnel and waste inspectors. Our planners write all necessary procedures to accomplish the above work at your site. This work is in accordance with Integrated Work Control Process (IWCP) using Job Hazard Analysis (JHA).
